SLATER, Brian (Bert) – passed away peacefully in Furness General Hospital with his family at his side on 20^th May 2019 aged 75 years.  Beloved husband of Jane.  Much loved dad of Sarah, Louise and Graham, adored grandad of Jessica and Florence, a dear father in law, brother, uncle and good friend to many.  Friends please meet for a service at Urswick Church on Friday 31^st May 2019 at 12.45pm prior to cremation at Thorncliffe Crematorium.  No flowers by request, donations if so desired for Ward 9 at Furness General Hospital (cheques payable to Bay Hospital Charity) may be sent c/o Little & Caine, 48 Ulverston Road, Dalton.
