Aged 86 years of Whinlatter Drive, Barrow and formerly of Ayr Street, Barrow Island. Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 16th April at home, after a short illness which he fought with dignity and determination. Treasured and adored husband to the late Lily. Devoted Dad to Janet, Helen, Lesley and the late Philip. Cherished Grandad to Sarah, Emma, Sophie, Brad and Callum, loving Great-Grandad to Elliot, James, Zach, Lily and George and a dear Father-in-Law to Alan. Friends and family please meet for a service at St. John’s Church, Barrow Island on Monday 29th April at 1.30pm, prior to private committal. No flowers by request please.
