HOLMES, Gerald (Ged) – aged 81 years of Patterdale Drive, Barrow, who passed away peacefully at Furness General Hospital Ward 7 with his family at his bedside on 9^th October 2019.  Husband of Wendy, father to Gary and Tanya and proud grandad of Daniel, who will be greatly missed by all.  Friends please meet for a service at Thorncliffe Crematorium on Friday 18^th October at 11.30am.  Family flowers only please, donations for St Mary’s Hospice may be left at the service or sent c/o Little & Caine, 1-3 Dalkeith Street, Barrow.
