BABER, Norman – died peacefully at home on Saturday 21^st September 2019 aged 87 years after a long battle with ill health fought with dignity and good humour to the end.  A beloved husband to Joan, a treasured dad, stepdad, Jaj, grandad, great grandad and a dear friend to many.  Please meet for a service at St Mary’s Church Dalton on Tuesday 1^st October at 2.00pm prior to family committal at Thorncliffe Crematorium.  Family flowers only, donations in lieu of flowers for St Mary’s Hospice and Ward 6 at FGH (cheques payable to Bay Hospital Charity) may be left in church or sent c/o Little & Caine, 48 Ulverston Road, Dalton.
