ASHTON (nee Nairn), Rachel McConnell – It is with great sadness to announce Rachel passed away peacefully on the 10^th February aged 95, in the loving care of St Georges Nursing Home.  Rachel was loving wife to the late Ramsay, much loved Mam to Patricia (Pat) and John, a dear mother-in-law to the late Dennis and Sue, caring nanna to James, Jennie and Victoria, great nanna and sister to the late Margaret and Archie, treasured sister-in-law to June, aunty and dear friend to many.  Family and friends please meet for a service at Thorncliffe Crematorium on Wednesday 19^th February 2020 at 11.30am.  Any donations would be appreciated towards the Amenities Fund at St Georges (cheques payable to Risedale Estates Ltd).  All enquiries to Little and Caine, 1-3 Dalkeith Street, Barrow.
