JONES, Esther (nee Sewell) – born and raised in Ambleside, formerly of Longlands Avenue, Barrow, who passed away on 18^th September 2019 in Furness General Hospital aged 90 years.  Eternally loved wife of Walter for 60 years.  Loving mother of Gavin, treasured grandma of Sebastian, a dear sister in law and auntie.  A great lady sadly missed by all, now free to roam the fells.  Friends please meet for a service at The Trevelyan Chapel, Dalkeith Street, Barrow on Wednesday 2^nd October at 10.30am.  Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to be shared between the North West Air Ambulance, Ambleside Mountain Recue and St Mary’s Hospice, may be left at the service or sent c/o Little & Caine, 1-3 Dalkeith Street, Barrow.
